Receiving a Tax Refund on your order when you live outside the EU
For our orders that are shipped outside the EU, we have partnered with Onlinetaxfree.com. After your order has been delivered to you, Onlinetaxfree.com allows you to receive a percentage refund of the taxes you had to pay. In the process of placing an order, the refund amount will be calculated and visible to you.
How it works
When your order value is above €150, and the delivery destination is outside the EU, you will have the option to select ‘Onlinetaxfree.com- UPS’ as a shipping method, the refund will also be displayed here. In the next pop-up, you can provide the information of the bank account in which you would like Onlinetaxfree.com to transfer the refund.
When you return or deny your order within 30 days, you will not be eligible for a tax refund.
What you can do if you have not entered your information in the pop-up
If you have completed the order but there is still some information missing to transfer your refund, Onlinetaxfree.com will reach out to you through email. If you have questions about Onlinetaxfree.com it is possible to ask them on their website: www.onlinetaxfree.com. You can also contact our customer service for information about the service.
The difference between the taxes paid in The Netherlands, and import taxes Onlinetaxfree.com makes it possible for you to receive a refund on the VAT that is collected by the Dutch government. Because of their service you will receive a refund into the account you provided. Please be aware that this is a different kind of tax than import costs are. To receive your shipment, you will have to pay import costs, in the form of duties and taxes that are collected by the government of the country you live in.
