Japanese footwear and accessories label Hender Scheme was launched in 2010  in the Asakusa district in Tokyo by Ryo Kashiwazaki. The designer and craftsman is interested in designing beyond gender’s social and cultural expectations and has become well known for his artisanal reproductions of iconic sneakers.
